In the past, if you wanted to have a career in IT, you had to be in Silicon Valley. Today, barriers to innovation are lower, and most companies are accelerating their tech adoption. That means IT professionals can be successful in almost any location – even the Midwest.

As a tech company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, we certainly feel that you don’t have to move to a traditional tech hub such as Silicon Valley to have a successful career in IT as well as make a substantial salary and enjoy a high quality of life.
